I will never use you again

I ordered some candles, they never arrived. I chased them and two weeks later you came back to me to say there was a problem with Yodel and asked if I wanted a refund or them re-ordered. As these were a special and incredibly emotional purchase I opted to re-order. They never arrived and I chased you about 5 times but you never responded to me. Am pretty disgusted and I know I am not alone and there are many other people you are ripping off.

Tealight in memory holders

The product is lovely and my friend really pleased ans would give that 5 stars. Just disappointed I waited over 2 weeks for delivery when they were a gift for someone who had lost their dad. It stated delivery within 3 days when I ordered so wasn't pleased it took so long. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known.
